We ship with the Italian Post Office, at the time of shipment you will receive

Shipments can be traced from 7.00 A.M. to 11 P.M.
By the insertion order, vary depending on the type of payment.
If you paid by credit card we ship the next day.
In some special cases we ship the next seven days.
From the time of shipment the goods arrive usually after 2-4 working days throughout Italy.
In other countries the goods arrive from 4 to 10 days.
To facilitate delivery, we write the complete address on the parcel, also indicating your telephone number where can call for any problems.
Do not expect that the courier or postman call before delivery, the telephone number is used only in some special cases.
If the courier or postman find your home and you are not there to receive the package, do not call you.
